大悲咒
63. 娑婆诃
suō pó hē。
觀世音菩薩現拘稀羅尊者相
譯：「娑婆訶」此語是連接上文，意為勸人認清真正大道，要時時有警覺心。
解說：這是菩薩指點眾生修道時，應體悟大道真正秘奧的真言。
大道無他，重在自悟，不假外求。
用功之法，要在斂光返照，了達本性。
所以真心學道者，應抱百折不撓之志，腳踏實地，勇往向前，才能脫離苦海。
所謂「苦海無邊，回頭是岸」。
岸在何處？
岸在心中，如心中有岸，則處處是岸。
前人有詩曰：「竟日尋春不見春，芒鞋踏破嶺頭雲，歸來偶過梅花下，春在枝頭已十分」。
因此，修道人要時時警惕自己，把持目己的心性，使真正悟澈，才不會白費工夫。
竟日尋春不見春，
When looking
for spring, spring cannot be found,
芒鞋踏破嶺頭雲，
Walk to the
mountain top until the grass shoes are all broken,
歸來偶過梅花下，
When returning
accidentally while under the Plum Blossoms,
春在枝頭已十分
The spring on
the branch is already complete.
What we are
looking for is already inside us. There is no need to travel to the north pole or south pole to search for it.
苦海無邊，回頭是岸
The sea of
suffering has no shore, looking back is the shore.
岸在何處？
Which side is
the shore?
岸在心中，如心中有岸，則處處是岸。
The shore is
inside us, when the shore is inside us, the shore is everywhere.
游戏神通化三千
He roams at ease, and his spiritual powers transform the
universe.
芒鞋踏浪法无边
芒鞋踏浪法无边
Clad in straw sandals, he strides atop the waves. How boundless
his Dharma!
发海潮音惊迷梦
发海潮音惊迷梦
His sound, like the ocean’s roar, awakens us from dreams and
confusion.
懦夫立志贪者廉
懦夫立志贪者廉
Cowards muster their will; the greedy become incorruptible.
