大悲咒

11. 婆卢吉帝.室佛囉楞驮婆

pó lú jí dì•shì fó là léng tuó pó。

譯：「婆盧吉帝」為觀；

「室佛囉」為世音；

「楞馱婆」為海島。

意為觀自在菩薩行大悲善業處。

行大悲善業處 – Carrying out compassionate deeds.

解說：此句是菩薩告人修道，應以凝神專一，勇往邁進的真言。

參禪靜坐本是鍛煉心身一體的功夫，所以用功時，需要頭正身直，心定氣平，不得有絲毫的造作。

只要直心不假外求，自能心與道生，得大圓滿的光明。

由於心無愧、意無欺，乃得廣大寬平，身得舒泰，邪魔不敢侵犯，一切都可隨意自在。所以，菩薩說此真言，其意乃為眾生獲得安樂，棄絕病苦，進而滅絕一切惡業，滿足一切希求。

如此功德，方算圓滿。

而欲達此境界，修道人必須要能無憂無我，自在身心，觀諸物我如一，方能奉教修行，得見光明世界。

圆满报身舍那佛

Nishyanda Buddha, the fine and perfect reward body.
护持行人自在多

Protects and supports those who practice with the greatest mastery and ease.
十方世界闻声度

Hearing their sounds, he saves beings of worlds in ten directions.
离垢出尘法摩诃

So they leave mundane defilements-such is the might of the Dharma!
