大悲咒

38. 阿囉嘇.佛囉舍利

ā là shēn•fó là shě lì。

譯：「阿囉參」是指超出法外而為法王，於法自在；

「佛囉舍利」是指修成清淨法身得佛珠。

解說：此句是菩薩示人修持，不能拘泥於法，也不能離於法的真言。

例如，守竅的方法，其訣竅在不守而守，才算是善守法者。

如果操持太過，就落於執著而不得其法。

「華嚴經」云：「汝應觀法王，法王法如是，色相無有邊，普現於世間」。

這就是所謂超出法外而為法王的意思。

至於用功的時候，必須做到靜而無靜，忘其靜，謂之「妙靜」。

動而無動，忘其動，即謂之「妙動」。

如此，乃為善得法者，於法自在，才能證得佛果。

若要為法求法，將反而作繭自縛，得不償失。

四十二手妙无穷

The Forty-two Hands are wonderful beyond scope or measure.
通天达地感迷蒙

Penetrating heaven and earth, they aid and assist the confused.
牌弩弓箭威神速

Swift is their prowess with shields, bows, and arrows.
强者调伏弱者兴

Bullies are tamed and the gentle get a chance to thrive.
