大悲咒
18. 怛侄他
dá zhí tuō。
觀世音菩薩現阿羅漢身相
譯：「怛侄他」是指大悲咒中的菩薩聖號、悲心、種子、手印、智眼等諸種法門的真言。
意為心道合一之法。
解說：此句是觀世音菩薩顯阿羅漢身相，指出至誠不息，心與道合的修持真言。
修行本無困難，其要在誠（這是接上文存誠的意思）。
修道人果能專心致意，無絲毫的虛偽，則言行必能一致，身心必會平衡，如此，道即可與心通，身即可與道合。
在修道的過程中，最怕的是雜念浮起，如果雜念一起，外魔必侵，外魔入身，則身心即不得清淨。
如何還能修行？
所以，修道之人必須要澄心靜慮，做好定靜工夫，才能以身體道，以道體心，進而心道一元，萬念俱滅，久則萬緣洒脫，現出阿羅漢身，成為威德稀有之相。
出广长舌遍三千
A vast and long tongue fills the three thousand lands,
观音示现化男女
观音示现化男女
While Contemplating Sounds appears
to teach women and men.
应供杀贼阿罗汉
应供杀贼阿罗汉
All Arhats are worthy of
offerings and killers of thieves,
自利利他觉行圆
自利利他觉行圆
And by benefiting self and others, enlightenment and
practice are perfected.

如何還能修行？
In the process of practicing Taoism, most scary is distraction appear, if distraction appear, devil will approach, then get through mind, our mind will not be clear, so how to proceed with practicing Taoism.
所以，修道之人必須要澄心靜慮，做好定靜工夫，才能以身體道，以道體心，進而心道一元，萬念俱滅，久則萬緣洒脫，現出阿羅漢身，成為威德稀有之相。
So, practicing Taoism must be mind clear & peace, work well at calm, then body & mindas with Tao, heart will follow Tao, mind is totally blank, for a long time will be free & easy, reveal as arhat, became different from living being.
